Quality bedding, fresh towels, complimentary hot drinks tray, Arran Aromatics toiletries, 2 x loo rolls per bathroom, kitchen cloths & cleaning products, plus starter set of paper, kindling & logs for cottages with log-burning stoves.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in from 3pm
• Check out 10am

Dogs are welcome and charged at £10 per night

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 21 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable security deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 21 days of the holiday start date will subject to 100% cancelation fee.
• We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
• If the cottage is re-let on the same terms, then the deposit will be lost but the balance, if it has been paid, may be transferred to a future booking at the company’s discretion.
