    • The cottage was great for the two of us and our dog.

Situated in a lovely location in the village of Embleton with a pub/restaurant across the road and two others a short walk away. A 15 minute walk from the sandy beach at Embleton Bay – great for walks to Dunstanburgh Castle, the village of Craster beyond and to Low Newton in the opposite direction. A wonderfully relaxing few days!

    • Lovely cottages in perfect location

We love these cottages so much! The location is perfect for exploring the Northumberland coast. The cottages are super cosy, clean and well looked after – with the bonus of being dog friendly. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

    • Great location and perfect little cosy cottage.

The area is beautiful and the cottage has everything you need. Well equipped with everything you need for self catering plus a lovely wood burner and convenient local shop. We loved it and have already recommended to friends and family. There are even electric car chargers around the corner which were a bonus for us.

    • Great Place

The Hayloft gave us the flexibility we needed with a dog – a simple, but well equipped studio barn conversion that worked really well for us – good standard, nice layout, ample space for dog cage. A good base for our first stay in Northumberland.
